Presentation Folders

  • Presentation folders offer you an impressive way of presenting your documentation to colleagues and clients alike. Perhaps they contain welcome / introductory packs, new product or service information or event marketing literature – whatever their use, they give a professional first impression.
  • Your presentation folders will be printed to a high standard and to your exacting requirements. You can have your design printed on the front, back and inside of your folder, and also on the pocket.

Sizes Available

Our Presentation folders come in two sizes, oversized A4 and oversized A3. They are printed on our premium 350gsm Silk card. This type of card is also known as satin-matt as it is considered a hybrid between a gloss and matt finish.

Finishing

We recommend a matt, gloss or soft touch lamination finish to the front only, or front and back. Lamination is the process of applying a thin layer of plastic to paper or card sheets to enhance and protect the printed item.

Matt Lamination

Matt lamination is velvety in texture and offers a softer finish than gloss lamination as it can produce lower contract on darker colours and makes it pleasant to handle. Only available for 450gsm Silk card.

Gloss lamination

Gloss lamination creates a shiny finish that enhances the colour and vibrancy of the page. Only available for 450gsm Silk card.

Soft Touch Lamination

Soft touch lamination creates a matt effect with a velvety soft feel, with the added benefit of a protective finish. Only available for 450gsm Silk card.

Embellishment: only for matt laminated presentation folders

Spot UV embellishment is the application of a tough clear-coat applied over printed items. It is applied in liquid form and exposed to ultra-violet light which bonds and dries instantly. By applying this UV coating to a specific area(s) on you printed item you can creatively enhance, add depth and contrast to chosen design elements.

Glued

This is our no-fuss option – we glue the pocket to the outer folder straight after printing so there is no assembly required. We also cut small slits in the pocket to enable you to add a business card.

Interlocked

These will come cut, folded and creased for your final assembly. We also cut small slits in the pocket to enable you to add a business card.>

Artwork Requirements

The type of artwork you supply will depend on the printing process used for that particular product. Please refer to our guide below to enable you to supply the correct artwork.

  • Vector files: .eps , .pdf, .ai

    • Suitable for all types of print. The majority of print processes and product types don’t allow for the reproduction of tints of a solid colour, any tinted areas of your artwork will need to be converted to a solid colour.

  • Raster(pixel) files: .png , .jpg, .tiff

    • Suitable only for full colour/process/transfer print, cannot be used for screen printing, debossing or engraving.

  • What if I don't have vector format?

    • Our designers can convert your logo to vector format. You will need to provide artwork in high resolution format. Please don't resave your artwork using vector file format like .eps this makes no difference.

  • Possible extra costs

    • Please note that some products will have a setup cost added to the unit costs shown above. Setup costs vary depending on the items and can be per colour.
