How it Works
Any damaged goods caused by delivery service, MUST be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in no further action being taken by the company, due to us being unable to claim back from the relevant carrier. Our Customer Care team can be contacted using the email address email@example.com and we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
If a product is faulty (i.e. manufacturing defects) in any way, then you must return it to us within 14 days. Please do not send your products back to Print in the UK without contacting our Customer Care who will give you a returns number; the email address is firstname.lastname@example.org and we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using a 'Signed For' delivery service so you have proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods make it back to us at Print in the Uk and are packaged appropriately. We will not accept responsibility for any items that are lost on the way back to us. We will refund the return postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If the item is deemed to be defective, we will remake or remedy to the specification of the original order and refund your return postage.
Terms of Trade
We may modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on www.printintheuk.co.uk and the use of this web site (or of any services provided through the web site) after that point will be subject to the modified terms.
Due to the nature of individually handmade, customised products, there may be small size differences in the finished item to the sizes quoted on this web site. We do not warrant that the final item will be exactly as per the images contained in this web site. The promotional images of our products are only guides for our products. We reserve the right to make improvements to products that are not visible in the promotional photographs. We may substitute materials and adjust product design to accommodate production considerations in relation to supply or stock shortages.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address.
Delivery times are stated as a guide only, we cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to Royal Mail failure.
If your products haven't arrived within the relevant time period for your order, then please check with your our office to see if they are holding any packages for you. Otherwise, please contact us with your order number and full address.
Please note: You have 30 days from time of order to notify us of non delivery after this time No Further Action will be taken by us.
We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of any images or other material that contains offensive or inappropriate content.
In submitting any order emails, the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photo or have obtained the relevant written permissions where necessary. You agree that you retain or have obtained the relevant intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images that you have submitted to us for reproduction.
You will indemnify us and our officers and employees against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of any claim regarding infringement of any third party's copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights due to the processing, printing or other dealing with, by us in accordance with our stated services by you or on your behalf.
We reserve the right to refuse any further services to anyone who breaches these terms.
If we are creating the design for you, please check your proofs carefully and thoroughly. All projects must be approved in writing, otherwise we are not sending any of your artworks to print. If you have approved a design and sent the approval on email, we can not be held responsible if the text is incorrect, or if any other changes are required after the production has started.
If you are providing the design for print to us, please make sure you do send us a hi res pdf file or tiff CMYK. We can not be responsible if the colours of the print will not be the same as the ones displaying on your screen, although we are doing our very best to keep as close as possible to the file sent.
Should you require a specific colour to be printed, please make sure to send us a printed proof at 20 Truman Street, Kimberley, Nottingham, NH16 2HA and we will try to print the colours as similar as possible.
We will use reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence via email or phone.
We reserve the right to terminate your order without notice at our sole discretion.
Once your order is terminated, your images will be removed from our systems and we will refund any monies due in such a circumstance.
Questions and Complaints
Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive. Any damages caused by the delivery service, by Royal Mail, MUST be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in Print in the Uk not being able to claim compensation from the relevant carrier.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
